What makes our cakes unique is that we make low calorie, most importantly not too sweet, vegetarian/vegan cakes and pastries that are made of organic ingredients.

My grandmother used to make most delicious cakes and pastries. I inherited my family baking tradition 20 years ago. My grandmother inspired the love for baking and decorating cakes. I remember when I was little, she was making most beautifully decorated and delicious cakes. I will never forget her unusual skills of baking and decorating cakes. She used to sit me next to her when making the cakes, she would let me help her, gave me to taste the different flavors. She always used to say: watch and learn, one day you might need the skill. Back in the day it would have never occurred to me that one day I will have the desire to continue the family tradition. Time passed and I realized that I greatly enjoyed baking and decorating cakes, inventing different combinations of flavors that would impress children, friends, relatives and everyone who tasted it.

I remember my grandmother’s words each time I start baking: whatever you make, make it with love. Her unforgettable words inspired me the name of my cakes “Cake you Love”.
